Located in Ingoldmells on the sunny east coast of Lincolnshire close to Skegness and a stone’s throw from the beach, Fantasy Island is the ultimate destination for all the family. What’s more, Fantasy Island is home to Europe’s largest seven-day market, where you can find everything from gifts, toys and gardening tools to clothing, accessories and electrical. And, when you need to recharge your batteries, you’ll be spoilt for choice with the many restaurants, cafes and bars across the park to take a well-needed break! Natureland Seal Sanctuary

Awarded “Best Skegness Attraction in 2015” Natureland is well known for rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned and injured seal pups that are stranded on Lincolnshire beaches. Visitors can see the seals and lots of other wonderful animals including penguins, meerkats, alpacas, tropical birds and butterflies. There is a pet corner, aquarium, tropical house, koi carp pool, gift shop and refreshments available.

Fairy Dell Paddling Pool 

If you head to the top end of the boating lake away from the main hub of Skegness centre you will find a tucked away treasure. The Fairy Dell paddling pool is free to visit and open during the summer months. It has sprinklers and an ornamental fountain plus plenty of little pools to paddle in. It’s a really lovely spot. It has been open for 100 years now and had a major refurbishment back in 2006.

Boating

There is a lovely big boating lake in Skegness. It’s next to the big main car park and the Skegness Aquarium. It’s also a great lake to spot some ducks or geese. There are boats and pedalos to hire.

Transport yourselves into an enchanting journey through tropical waters as part of your coach holiday to Skegness! Skegness Aquarium is home to exotic fish, sharks and many other species from around the globe. Check out Long John Silver’s Storeroom for all sorts of wacky creatures, head through Treasure Island and the Sunken Hold, viewing the amazing Shark Nursery, Octopus and Clown Fish. See the wonderous waters in the immersive and educational Aqua Theatre. Then, step outside into Jurassic Falls, a Dinosaur Park featuring over 25 roar-some species, where you can hunt for fossils in The Dig! Then why not stop for lunch in the Bistro with tasty snacks, and let the little ones burn off steam in Coral Cove soft play. Walk through the awesome Sea Caves, whilst finishing your quiz trail. There’s something for everyone, adventure awaits!

Bottons Pleasure Beach

The Pleasure Beach is a small theme park right by the beach and is the main attractions in Skegness. They have rides in one main central area and then a few spilling off at the edge such as a log flume, go-karts and boating. The rides are open for the Spring and summer months. There is no charge to enter and you can go on the rides by purchasing bundles of coin tokens. The more you purchase the cheaper the rides. You can also purchase specially priced wristbands.

Skegness Raceway Stadium 

Skegness Raceway Stadium is a fun place to be for all, there is something for all age groups. Just two miles inland from Ingoldmells, and easy to get to from Skegness and surrounding areas, featuring a ¼ mile tarmac racetrack, its unique wide tight bends and short straights offer the best Banger and Stock Car racing in the country. Monster Truck Car Crushing, Car and Motorbike Stunts plus the famous Caravan Bangers. Best of all Kids go Free!

Amusements

You are never far from a large amusement arcade in Skegness. There are plenty of 2p slots, fruit machines and arcade games in places such as Skegness Pier, Lucky Strike, Funland and loads more.

Embassy Swimming Pool 

In the heart of Skegness town, you will find the Embassy swimming pool. This has an indoor and outdoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is very popular in the summer months. They also have sun loungers outside and a shallow area for kids to paddle in.

Hardy’s Animal Farm 

Hardy’s is a wonderful farm with plenty to do, including some lovely unique things. They have pitchfork crazy golf which you play with a pitchfork and a football, plus ride on toy horses, go-karts, free range goats to feed, tractor rides and so much more. 

A coach holiday to Skegness wouldn’t be a holiday without a trip to Butlins!

Butlins is located on the beach front in Ingoldmells and has some great rides, fabulous entertainment, a wonderful swimming pool with slides, restaurants and so much more.

They offer day visits that include unlimited rides on their Traditional Fairground and tots Little Stars Fairground. Plus, live shows during the day, entry to Splash Waterworld and access to their indoor soft play and outdoor play areas. Under 2s go free!
